An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing architectural practice in Manchester, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of technical design projects.

This role offers the chance to work across sectors including healthcare, industrial, façade remediation and refurbishment projects, with a strong focus on RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5 delivery.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will play a key role in technical detailing, project delivery and BIM coordination, working within a collaborative and design-focused environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Manchester, offering flexibility alongside office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering technical design across RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5 projects
• Producing detailed construction drawings and technical packages
• Working on healthcare, industrial and refurbishment schemes
• Supporting façade remediation and upgrade projects
• Developing and coordinating Revit models and technical information
• Collaborating with architects, consultants and project stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Supporting project delivery within programme and quality targets

Requirements

To be considered for this Senior Architectural Technologist role, candidates should have:

• Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist or Senior Technologist
• Strong experience delivering RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5 projects
• Experience working on healthcare, industrial or refurbishment projects
• Experience with façade remediation or upgrade schemes
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
