An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a busy building services team in Leeds, supporting the delivery of multiple high-rise residential and leisure projects.

This role offers the chance to work on a strong pipeline of large-scale developments, contributing to the coordination and delivery of MEP BIM models across complex, high-value schemes.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will play a key role in model coordination, clash detection and BIM delivery, working within a fast-paced and technically demanding project environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models for high-rise projects
• Managing BIM coordination and clash detection processes
• Supporting project delivery across RIBA Stage 3, 4 and 5
• Coordinating MEP services with architectural and structural models
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across building services projects
• Producing technical drawings and coordinated design outputs
• Ensuring models meet project standards and delivery requirements
• Supporting site and design teams with model integration and coordination

Requirements

To be considered for this Revit MEP Coordinator role, candidates should have:

• Proven experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
• Experience working within building services or MEP projects
• Experience in model coordination and clash detection
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
• Experience working on high-rise residential or large-scale developments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Contract Details

• Initial 3-month contract (strong potential for extension)
• Outside IR35
• £37 per hour
• Hybrid working – 3 days per week in Leeds office (non-negotiable)
• 37.5 hours per week
