Our client, a reputable M&E Contractor, is looking to appoint a BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery across a growing portfolio of complex MEP projects across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Revit MEP and building services who is passionate about leading teams, driving BIM best practice, and overseeing coordination across technically challenging projects.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Leading BIM delivery across mechanical and electrical projects
• Managing and supporting a team of BIM Coordinators
• Overseeing Revit MEP workflows and coordination processes
• Driving BIM standards, quality and project consistency
• Supporting clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Working closely with engineers, consultants and project stakeholders
• Supporting project delivery through technical and construction stages

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Lead within building services
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Riba stage 5 experience is preferred 
• Experience leading BIM coordination on complex projects
• Ability to manage and mentor BIM teams
• Strong technical coordination and communication skills
