Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination across MEP and building services projects
• Produce and review coordinated Revit MEP models
• Manage clash detection processes and technical coordination workflows
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration across project teams
• Chair BIM meetings and technical coordination reviews
• Mentor and support junior BIM staff
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure model quality across projects

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP
• RIBA Stage 5 experience preferred
• Extensive experience within building services / MEP environments
• Proven ability to lead BIM coordination on live projects
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams
• Excellent technical coordination and communication skills
