Architectural Technician – Revit / Data Centre & Commercial Projects

London or Winchester | Hybrid Working
£32–£39 per hour
3-Month Contract | Inside IR35

An architectural team delivering large-scale data centre and commercial projects is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician, Technologist or Architect to support technical delivery across a growing project pipeline.

The role will focus on RIBA Stages 3 & 4, supporting Revit production, technical coordination and drawing package delivery across fast-paced, technically detailed schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure within the rapidly growing mission-critical and data centre sector. Previous data centre experience would be beneficial, although candidates from transferable sectors such as commercial, infrastructure, industrial, healthcare or large-scale residential projects will also be considered.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Producing technical drawing packages across Stages 3 & 4
• Developing and coordinating Revit models
• Supporting commercial and mission-critical developments
• Coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
• Producing detailed construction and technical information
• Supporting projects through technical delivery stages

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as an Architectural Technician, Technologist or Architect
• Strong Revit capability
• Experience delivering Stage 3 & 4 projects
• Background within UK architectural practice
• Good technical detailing and coordination skills

Ideally:

• Around 7 years’ industry experience
• 2–3 years’ Revit experience
• Experience on commercial, infrastructure or large-scale projects

Previous data centre experience is welcomed but not essential.
