This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step beyond pure modelling, with a stronger focus on model federation, clash detection and BIM coordination management across technically complex MEP environments.

 You’ll be working within a fast-paced project team on live mission-critical developments, supporting coordination workflows and driving BIM delivery on site.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Managing and coordinating federated Revit MEP models
• Supporting Stage 5 data centre project delivery
• Leading clash detection and clash reporting processes
• Coordinating multidisciplinary BIM workflows across live projects
• Supporting technical coordination between design and delivery teams
• Maintaining BIM standards and project model quality
• Assisting with wider BIM management responsibilities across the project

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, Senior BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager
• Strong background within building services or MEP environments
• Experience with model federation and clash reporting
• Navisworks capable
• Strong Revit MEP coordination capability
• Experience working on technically complex projects
• Ability to work full-time on site within a live delivery environment

Data centre or mission-critical project experience would be highly beneficial.
