This role will focus on technically detailed hotel, spa and housing schemes, supporting structural design and project delivery across a varied portfolio of building structures projects.

The position offers strong flexibility, with only one day per week ideally required in the Chichester office.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Delivering structural design across hospitality and residential projects
• Producing calculations, reports and technical design information
• Supporting hotel, spa and housing developments through delivery stages
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and consultants
• Assisting with technical coordination and project meetings
• Working across steel, concrete and mixed-material structures

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Structural Engineer within UK consultancy environments
• Strong structural building design capability
• Experience working on development-led projects
• Good understanding of structural analysis and design software
• Strong communication and technical coordination skills
• Ability to work independently within a contract environment

Experience across:

• Hospitality projects
• Residential developments
• Leisure or spa facilities
