This role is ideal for someone with strong Stage 5 coordination experience who enjoys technically focused MEP project work within fast-paced delivery environments.

You’ll be supporting a live project team with drawing updates, coordination changes and technical delivery activities to help drive the project through completion.

The team is ideally looking for a Stage 5 Coordinator, although strong Revit Technicians with experience managing drawing revisions and coordination changes will also be considered.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models
• Supporting Stage 5 project delivery
• Managing drawing updates and technical revisions
• Supporting mechanical and electrical coordination activities
• Working closely with BIM and project delivery teams
• Assisting with coordination comments and model updates
• Supporting live project delivery through final stages

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or Revit Technician
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Background within building services or MEP environments
• Experience supporting Stage 5 project delivery
• Good technical coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work within fast-paced live project environments

Stage 5 coordination experience would be highly beneficial.
