An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project currently progressing through detailed design and construction stages.

This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone with strong electrical building services modelling experience who enjoys producing high-quality Revit models, coordinating technical information and supporting project delivery within a fast-paced data centre environment.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will work closely with engineering and BIM teams to deliver detailed electrical models, Stage 5 construction drawings and as-built information on a major mission-critical development.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you'll be involved in:

• Producing and coordinating electrical Revit MEP models
• Developing LOD400 models for construction delivery
• Supporting Stage 5 drawing production and technical documentation
• Modelling containment, busbar and associated electrical systems
• Coordinating with engineers and project delivery teams
• Producing and updating as-built models
• Managing drawing revisions and technical information
• Supporting BIM delivery across a major data centre project

This Revit MEP Coordinator position is focused on electrical modelling and coordination rather than mechanical services.

• Experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator within building services environments
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Electrical building services modelling experience
• Experience producing LOD400 models
• Good understanding of Stage 5 project delivery
