An opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join a growing professional services team supporting the delivery of high-quality bids, proposals and tender submissions across a diverse portfolio of engineering and infrastructure projects.

This Bid Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple deadlines, coordinating information from technical teams and producing compelling bid documentation within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth, working closely with technical specialists, project teams and senior stakeholders to develop winning submissions for both public and private sector opportunities.


The Role

As a Bid Coordinator, you'll be involved in:

  • Coordinating the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and proposals
  • Managing bid programmes and submission deadlines
  • Liaising with technical teams to gather project information
  • Producing high-quality written and visual bid documentation
  • Supporting pre-qualification questionnaires and framework submissions
  • Maintaining bid libraries, templates and supporting materials
  • Coordinating review meetings and submission approvals
  • Supporting wider business development and marketing activities

This Bid Coordinator position offers excellent exposure to major projects and strategic business opportunities.


What They're Looking For

  • Experience as a Bid Coordinator, Proposal Coordinator, Bid Writer or similar role
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience supporting tender submissions and bid processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems

Experience within engineering, construction, consultancy, infrastructure or professional services environments would be advantageous.
