An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to support the delivery of a major healthcare development based in Newquay, Cornwall.

This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with site teams, resolving coordination challenges and ensuring building services models accurately reflect project requirements throughout construction and delivery.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will play a key role in bridging the gap between design and construction teams, managing Stage 5 coordination activities and supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale healthcare project in Cornwall.


The Role

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you'll be involved in:

  • Producing and updating Revit MEP models throughout project delivery
  • Managing Stage 5 coordination activities
  • Reviewing site comments and resolving coordination issues
  • Updating models and drawings to reflect construction requirements
  • Working closely with site teams, engineers and project stakeholders
  • Assisting with clash detection and model reviews
  • Supporting the production of construction and installation information
  • Maintaining BIM standards and model accuracy

This Revit MEP Coordinator position offers significant site involvement and close collaboration with project delivery teams.


What They're Looking For

  • Experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
  • Strong Revit MEP capability
  • Experience delivering Stage 5 building services projects
  • Good understanding of MEP coordination processes
  • Ability to manage design changes and technical queries
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working alongside construction and delivery teams

Experience within healthcare, public sector, secure environments or large-scale contractor-led projects would be advantageous.
