An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a leading Building Services consultancy supporting the delivery of high-quality bid and tender submissions across a diverse portfolio of engineering projects.

This Bid Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing tender documentation, coordinating multiple stakeholders and producing high-quality submissions within a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure bids are completed accurately, on time and to the highest standard.

The successful Bid Coordinator will become an integral part of the business development function, supporting the delivery of competitive bids across a range of Building Services and engineering opportunities.


The Role

As a Bid Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality bid and tender documents
  • Managing bid programmes to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Liaising with engineers, technical specialists and senior stakeholders to gather submission information
  • Formatting and producing professional tender documentation
  • Reviewing bid content to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance
  • Maintaining bid libraries, templates and supporting documentation
  • Monitoring tender portals and supporting the submission process
  • Assisting with continuous improvements to bid processes and documentation

This Bid Coordinator position offers the opportunity to support a wide variety of technically challenging engineering projects within a collaborative consultancy environment.


What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly organised Bid Coordinator with strong communication and document management skills.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Proposal Coordinator or Bid Writer
  • Experience supporting bid or tender submissions within a professional services environment
  • Excellent written communication and document formatting skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience within engineering, construction, architecture or Building Services would be advantageous but isn't essential.
