This Revit MEP Technician role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years' experience who is looking to develop their BIM career while working alongside experienced Mechanical and Electrical engineers. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality Revit MEP models, helping engineering teams focus on technical design and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.

Whether you're an established Revit MEP Technician or a junior technician ready for your next step, this is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the UK's most technically advanced Building Services projects.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Producing high-quality Revit MEP models for large-scale data centre projects
• Supporting Mechanical and Electrical engineers with BIM production
• Creating, updating and maintaining coordinated Building Services models
• Producing accurate technical drawings from engineering mark-ups
• Assisting with multidisciplinary coordination throughout project delivery
• Ensuring BIM deliverables meet project standards and deadlines
• Working collaboratively with experienced engineers and BIM specialists
• Supporting multiple live projects within the mission critical sector

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated Revit MEP Technician with experience within a Building Services environment.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Revit MEP Technician, BIM Technician or Revit Technician
• Around 2–5 years' experience using Revit MEP
• Experience within a Building Services consultancy
• Good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical building services
• Strong Revit modelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• A willingness to learn and develop within a collaborative team

The following would be advantageous:

• Experience working on data centre or mission critical projects
• AutoCAD experience
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and industry standards
