An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join a growing building services consultancy delivering an expanding portfolio of commercial and residential projects across London.

This Senior BIM Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of BIM coordination across multiple live projects, working closely with design engineers to produce high-quality coordinated models while driving BIM best practice throughout project delivery.

The Role

As a Senior BIM Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating BIM models across multiple commercial and residential developments
• Producing and managing high-quality Revit MEP models throughout project delivery
• Coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services
• Carrying out clash detection and resolving coordination issues
• Working closely with engineers, project managers and external design teams
• Maintaining BIM standards and ensuring project compliance
• Supporting BIM workflows and digital delivery processes
• Reviewing drawings and models to ensure accuracy and quality
• Assisting with project planning and technical coordination across multiple live schemes

This Senior BIM Coordinator position offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects while playing a key role in the continued growth of an ambitious consultancy.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator with a strong building services background.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Senior BIM Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or Revit MEP Coordinator
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
• Experience coordinating building services projects
• Background within a Building Services consultancy or MEP contractor
• Experience delivering commercial and residential developments
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The following would be advantageous:

• Experience using Navisworks for clash detection
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience mentoring junior BIM technicians or coordinators
