Canary Wharf, London | £300–£360 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract

We're looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join a main contractor on a major, long-term commercial fit-out and refurbishment project in Canary Wharf.

The role will initially be hands-on, covering Revit modelling, overlays and model data validation, before developing into a management position overseeing trade coordination and Stage 5 design.

It's particularly well suited to an experienced CAD / BIM Coordinator ready to step up into Digital Construction Management.

What you'll be doing

• Producing and reviewing models using Autodesk Revit
• Supporting BIM coordination and model overlays
• Validating model data and digital information
• Coordinating MEP and wider trade packages
• Supporting Stage 5 design delivery
• Progressing into oversight of trade coordination and digital construction activities

What we're looking for

• Strong Autodesk Revit and AEC suite experience
• Previous BIM / CAD coordination experience
• MEP coordination experience would be particularly beneficial
• Experience validating model data
• Good understanding of construction-stage BIM delivery
• Ready to progress from a coordination role into management
• Able to work site-based in Canary Wharf - Scope for a temp-to-perm arrangement.

£300–£360 per day, Outside IR35, on an initial 6-month contract. This is a strong opportunity for a BIM or CAD Coordinator to step into a Digital Construction Manager position with a main contractor while working on a major live London project.
