We're looking for a Chartered MEP Director to lead multidisciplinary Building Services design teams, with a particular focus on the delivery of major sports projects.

This is a senior technical and client-facing position combining MEP design leadership, multidisciplinary project delivery and business development within the sports sector.

What you'll be doing

• Leading MEP design and delivery across complex sports projects
• Leading multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
• Developing relationships with key clients and collaborators
• Supporting business development within the sports sector
• Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in the UK and internationally
• Helping strengthen the team's profile and presence within the sports market

What we're looking for

• Chartered Engineer status
• Senior-level MEP / Building Services experience
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
• Strong technical and project leadership capabilities
• Confident client relationship and business development skills
• Experience within sports or complex major projects would be highly advantageous
