Heathrow | up to £350/day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to support the delivery of an electrical package of works on a major airport project.

The role will focus on detailed electrical coordination using Revit MEP, working alongside the wider design and project teams on this major aviation project.

Ideally, you'll be able to attend the West London office on a hybrid basis.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering detailed electrical Revit coordination at Stage 5
• Supporting the baggage handling project
• Producing and coordinating electrical models
• Identifying and resolving clashes and design issues
• Coordinating with wider MEP services and project teams
• Supporting detailed project delivery through Revit

What we're looking for

• Strong Revit MEP experience
• Electrical Building Services / MEP background
• Proven electrical coordination experience at Stage 5
• Good understanding of construction-stage delivery
• Aviation or airport experience would be advantageous
• Ideally able to access the West London office on a hybrid basis

The opportunity

Up to £350/day (£43.75/hr on an 8-hour day), Outside IR35, on an initial 6-month contract working on a major airport project.

Preference is for someone who can attend the office regularly, although remote working can be considered for the right candidate.
