Newham I £380 to £460 per day I Outside IR35 I 12-Month Contract  

If you're an experienced Buildign Services Project Manager looking for a long-term Outside IR35 contract, this is a strong one to consider.

You'll join an M&E contractor delievering a hospital project in Newham, taking responsibility for project delivery on site. Both Mechanical and Electrical backgrounds will be considered, with the focus firmly on finding somone who can confidently manage the job.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing M&E delivery across a live hospital project
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project activities
• Monitoring programme, quality and progress
• Managing day-to-day issues and keeping delivery on track
• Working closely with the wider project and construction teams
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager within Building Services or M&E
• Either a Mechanical or Electrical background
• Previous experience working for an M&E contractor
• Strong site and project delivery experience
• Confidence managing teams and subcontractors
• Black CSCS Card is essential
• Availability to work on site in Newham 5 days per week

The opportunity

This is a 12-month contract, giving you the chance to see a substantial hospital project through over a longer period rather than jumping into another short-term assignment.

The role is Outside IR35, paying £380 to £460 per day, with 5 days per week required on site in Newham.
