The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days a week in the client’s office in Bristol. Our client is a leading engineering consultancy specialising in commercial, education, leisure, government, and retail projects. Key Responsibilities: -Integrate MEP services into the BIM model, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings, following project requirements and industry standards. -Perform clash detection in Revit and fix any MEP system issues. -Regularly review and update Revit models to reflect design changes. -Ensure all project documentation is completed on time and communicated clearly with the team. -Help prepare technical documents like specifications, schedules, and reports.
