Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join a well-established architectural firm, in a permanent position. You will be required to work remotely, with occasional visits when needed to our client’s London office. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of projects, specialising on stage 4.

-Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit.

-Support project delivery at all stages of design and construction.

-Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to solve technical issues.

-Ensure all designs meet UK building regulations and quality standards.

-Help with planning and building control submissions.

-Take part in design meetings and offer technical input.

What we are looking for:

-Strong understanding of Revit, with prior experience using it.

-Must have Design & Build knowledge.

-Prior experience working on commercial projects is essential, hospitality experience is desirable but not necessary.

-Qualified in Architectural Technology (CIAT accreditation is a plus).

-Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and detailing.

(Our client will also consider contractors outside IR35, on adhoc basis).
