We are looking for a seasoned Coordination Manager, to lead and oversee project teams within a global Contractor, on a permanent basis. This role will require the chosen candidate to operate from our client’s London office, whereby a variety of Hotel, Data Centre, and Commercial projects will be worked on.
-Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£65,000 (subject to experience).

Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee all coordination works, across a variety of sectors, for complex projects.
-Conduct clash-detection assessments, coordination meetings, and design workshops.
-Collaborate with site delivery and design teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery, following client requirements.
-Ensure compliance with safety, quality and sustainability requirements and regulations.
-Guide and support junior colleagues, promoting their professional development.
Requirements:
-Extensive demonstratable experience as a Coordination Manager, or a similar role, managing teams across a variety of projects.
-Strong proficiency in the use of relevant software tools, including Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, with an understanding of current BIM standards.
-Significant understanding of data management and BIM workflows.
-Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide guidance to junior colleagues.
-Proficient in the use, and management, of Dynamo and Revit families, whilst also understanding and implementing point cloud data.
