Calling all Electrical Supervisors!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to be an active member of a well-established water firm, in a permanent position. As the successful candidate, you will be required to work on-site, full time, from our clients Glasgow office, in which you will be working on a variety of projects within the water sector, as a part of a highly experienced team.

-Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£55,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning on water treatment sites.

-Supervise and guide a team of electricians and subcontractors ensuring safety and high-quality work.

-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.

- Assist in project planning, coordinating material deliveries, and updating progress reports.

-Maintain up-to-date site records, certifications, and documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

-Extensive supervisory experience, with an electrical qualification, preferably in water, utilities, and/or industrial environments.

-Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, testing, and wiring regulations (BS7671).

-Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.

-Strong communicator with leadership and organisation skills.

-Trained on CSCS, SSSTS, or equivalent is preferred.
