Manage resources to meet the business needs and multiple programme deadlines.
Responsible for day to day management of producing estimates for each stage of a project.
Provide cost, design and construction methodology advice to all stakeholders to allow informed project decisions.
Management and production, negotiation and agreement of target cost estimates for inclusion in contractual documents.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure a high quality and consistent level of pricing.
Help to generate and maintain key estimating tools to ensure high quality and help meet deadlines and requirements.
Input into the production of Cost Estimate sheet at regular stages of the project lifecycle to aid capital allowance and depreciation calculations.
. Essential requirements:
Previous experience in the UK Water Sector.
Good problem solving and numeracy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills
Need to be self-motivated, flexible and able to influence others.
