Are you an office administrator who is experienced in the field of construction?

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions has a unique opportunity for a Site Office Administrator to join a leading provider in detailed design, engineering and project delivery solutions.

About the role:

As an instrumental part of a construction management team, focusing on the delivery of a major construction project in Scotland, you will look after the various offices and administration functions across the site,

You will be the first point of contact for the various engineering teams, for all office/administration-related queries, including the likes of travel arrangements, coordinating various functions (IT, catering, cleaning, etc), procurement of various supplies (IT, office equipment, stationary, PPE, etc) and supporting Project Managers with reporting and communication.

About you:

  • You will have office administration experience - preferably within construction or similar
  • Have a working knowledge of MS Office
  • You will be a good communicator and able to work well and effectively under pressure
  • You have experience in coordinating multiple initiatives at any given time
