Our client are a major company within the UK Water Sector. They are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Clean Water Modeller to join their team in the Somerset Region. This role offers a strong pipeline of opportunities working on a portfolio of impactful projects.

  • Experienced using Infoworks ICM hydraulic modelling software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Seeking to develop experience and career in the field of supply modelling.
  • Would be joining a small team of supply modelling specialists based in the Engineering and sustainable development department to get involved in all aspects of work including building new models and using existing models for the following activities:
  1. Supplying new development proposals

  2. Optioneering and outline design of challenging capital schemes

  3. Leakage reduction, pressure control and system optimisation

     

     

    Associated skills:

  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of associated software (Excel, GIS, Telemetry, loggers and associated systems)
  • Report writing and the ability to communicate complex issues to appropriate team members and stakeholders, including presentations.
  • Excellent team working skills and the ability to contribute positively to the development of network modelling within the team and the wider Company
