Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a fast-paced and innovative organisation? Do you have experience in the Construction Industry but are looking for something more exciting?

If so, Blueprint Recruitment are working exclusively with a growing reputable company who are looking for a versatile Contracts Manager to join their busy team.

The role:

Reporting into the Contracts Director, the post holder will be responsible for overseeing the team’s delivery of works to a high standard and in a safe and timely manner. This is a field-based hybrid, contract management role. Successful applicant would be expected to visit sites across the UK to ensure the quality of work is to standard. Working from home to complete paperwork, ordering and ensure the works are being completed to the programme.

  • Planning

  • Communicate effectively with management, Clients and wider team

  • Ensuring legal compliance by the team and oversee all matters relating to Health, Safety, and Environment

  • Oversee all matters relating to Quality

  • Performance- Monitor, review, challenge site standards and maintain the Splash brand



  • CSCS Blue card or willingness to obtain
  • Certificate in Confined Spaces or willingness to obtain
  • SSSTS or willingness to obtain
  • Experience of working on-site
  • Possess a conscientious and positive attitude to work
  • Be self-motivated and complete daily tasks with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely, following relevant training
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept personal responsibility
  • Ability to lift, carry and push equipment
  • Ability to act on initiative, particularly in respect to Health & Safety and report relevant matters
  • Demonstrate good driving skills. Driving will be monitored and tracked
  • Willingness to attend training courses, as and when require


  • Certificate in Manual Handling
  • Possess a full, clean UK driving licence
  • Knowledge/Experience of civil engineering
  • Knowledge/Experience of water industry and water treatment
