The selected candidate will be joining an established team, working on cutting-edge life science building projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Recruitment, appraisal, development, morale and motivation of all mechanical staff
Overseeing the planning of future resources
Acting as PM, PD, or MEP lead on major life science projects with a focus on clean rooms
Providing hands on technical expertise within the life sciences sector
Development and implementation of bids and tenders
Essential skills, experience and attributes:
Degree qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
Chartered with an industry recognised institution
Thorough understanding of the life sciences and pharmaceutical market
Experience designing clean rooms
Knowledge of appropriate legislation and mechanical design guidance on life science building projects
Experience leading large-scale complex building projects in the pharmaceutical sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven record working on multiple projects at once
Experience in both UK and overseas clean room projects
