Our client is a major company in the UK Water Sector. They are currently looking for a Process Engineering Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis in Berkshire. This role will create an industry-leading engineering team that can achieve the company’s ambitions for AMP7. The selected candidate will be a part of the Process Engineering discipline and provide technical expertise to the business in order to drive performance forward.

The selected candidate will have responsibility for a team of process engineers and senior process engineers who will be responsible for:

  • Getting the right technical requirements with the project definition briefs

  • Inputting and improving technical asset standards

  • Providing design sign-off to Capital Delivery as the delivery stream dictates

  • Providing technical assurance during the delivery, commissioning and hand over of assets

  • Driving the digital advancement of our engineering within the Corporate Digital strategy

  • Ensuring and delivering the engineering regulatory compliance on relevant assets in the Process Engineering area

    Role/Responsibilities:

  • Senior position in the Process Engineering discipline.

  • Manage a team to achieve objectives, providing guidance and ensuring there is a strong focus on health and safety.

  • Oversee and develop key stakeholder relationships.

  • Support the sustainable engineering structure from graduate to industry experts that leads our client’s engineering requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • A recognised technical manager with experience in the water industry, specifically within process engineering.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate and ability to influence senior colleagues.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Degree level or equivalent.

Benefits:
