Responsibilities:


Sustainability Consultant - prepare, present and deliver;


  • BREEAM, HQM, SKA, DREAM and WELL Assessments
  • Embodied carbon reviews
  • Assist with producing technical briefing notes and reports as required
  • Assist project stakeholders as part of a specialist team with all issues relating to sustainability
  • Expand the role of Sustainability Consultant role to encompass wider issues of sustainability pre and post construction.
  • Production of reports and drawings where appropriate


Qualifications:


  • Training in BREEAM or other similar sustainability assessment methodology
  • An understanding of Building Regulation Part L
  • A good eye for detail
  • Able to produce concise verbal and written reports to a good standard of English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of renewable and LZCT options
  • Experience with planning support documents (NRIAs, London Plan etc.)
  • A full driving licence


?Senior Sustainability Consultant – Prepare, present and deliver; 


  • Leading and supporting client engagements
  • Developing and supporting client proposals, coordinating with colleagues and strategic partners as required
  • Developing new work streams and services
  • Raising the profile of sustainability and ESG activity (case studies, expert views, social media)
  • Overseeing, managing and delivering projects
  • Assist with producing briefing notes and reports as required
  • Assist project stakeholders with all issues relating to sustainability


Qualifications:


  • Broad understanding of key climate and sustainability drivers across a range of sectors
  • Broad understanding of broader ESG policy and commitments, funding and reporting requirements (e.g. SDGs, TCFD)
  • Broad understanding of BREEAM, SKA, LEED and other similar sustainability assessment methodologies
  • Knowledge of renewable and LZC options
