Excellent opportunity for a Telecoms Design Engineer to join a leading contractor based in Central London on an initial 6 month contract basis working from home. Having recently won a number of new rail projects, our client are currently looking for an experienced Telecoms Design Engineer to join their experienced team working on a number of projects for London Underground and Network Rail.

As a successful candidate you will be working as a Telecoms Design Engineer on an initial 6 months contract working the station upgrades of a busy London station for the Crossrail project. This work will be completed reomotely.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous telecoms design experience on rail projects.
• Previous Network Rail (NR) experience and an understanding of GRIP processes.
• Previous design experience on CCTV, PA/VA, Help Points and Access Controls.
• Ability to liaise with clients and to work well within a team.
• Drive and determination.
• Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems.
• Excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate, will have previous experience working on Crossrail, Network Rail, TFL or London Underground projects and ideally have a contractor background.
