Attention all Senior Civil Engineers!

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a leading civil and structural engineering consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work in a hybrid arrangement with a minimum of 4 days a week in our clients Chichester office.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to construction.

-Prepare and review detailed drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.

-Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination.

-Mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development activities.

What we are looking for:

Essential:

-Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

-Must be chartered or near chartered.

-Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

-Confident communicator with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable:

-Experience leading civil design on large infrastructure projects.

-Interest in sustainable and low-carbon infrastructure solutions.

-Experience mentoring junior engineers.
