Attention all Senior Mechanical Design Engineers!

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a well-established engineering design consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week in our clients London office.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work on exciting an exciting range of projects, with an experienced and motivating team.

-Competitive salary range from £55,000-£70,000 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead mechanical design on projects of all sizes, ensuring excellent client service.

-Ensure quality control across mechanical engineering projects company-wide.

-Manage project budgets and cost control.

-Oversee project and cross-functional teams.

-Attend client/project sites for meetings, surveys, and training.

What we are looking for:

Essential:

-Minimum Degree level in Mechanical Engineering.

-Extensive experience in building services consultancy design.

-Skilled in Microsoft office.

-Proven experience of delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.

-String knowledge of Water Services, Heating / LTHW, HVAC, Fuel, above- ground drainage and BMS.

Desirable:

-Chartered or working towards Chartership (IET or similar) preferred.

-Experience with thermal modelling, energy assessment, dynamic energy modelling software advantageous.

-Commercial sector knowledge and BIM experience are strong advantages.
