About the Role:

As a Resident Engineer, you will act as the primary liaison between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders. You will ensure technical compliance, manage site coordination, and oversee the quality and progress of construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site works to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client teams to resolve technical issues
• Review and approve drawings, materials, and method statements
• Support system commissioning, testing, and handover
• Maintain clear and accurate site documentation

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field)
• Prior experience in a site-based engineering role
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in complex environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with health and safety and construction quality standards
