Revit Coordinator required!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for a seasoned Revit Coordinator to join an Engineering and Construction Management Company, on a permanent basis in Ware.  

If selected, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of Revit models, whilst working closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of BIM technologies.

Our client provides MEP Design and Construction Management services across a range of sectors, including, Residential, Heritage, Retail and Pharmaceutical.

Key Responsibilities:

· Meeting with clients and building strong professional relationships

· Leading the MEP BIM delivery on a variety of projects

- Attending project meetings when necessary

-  Complete regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards

- Create detailed 3D Building Services models using Revit MEP software

- Manage MEP models and drawings to be implemented

- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams

- Review and analyse documents and designs to ensure accurate delivery

- Ensuring that projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience Co-ordinating MEP Services

-Strong analytical skills

- Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling

· BIM 360 experience is desirable

-Able to obtain Security Clearence  

· Strong experience digesting BIM documentation

· Ability to attend BIM meetings and coordination workshops

· Experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD & Fabrication MEP

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
