Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a dynamic Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading M&E contractor, in a contract role. The successful candidate will be required to work full time on site in Hull, 5 days a week.

This role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting large-scale construction project with a motivating team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with project managers and engineers on site to review and mark up layouts.

-Make accurate changes and updates to MEP models within the cloud-based platform.

-Coordinate and manage model revisions to ensure they reflect site conditions and project requirements.

-Support the creation and development of as-built models and documentation.

-Maintain clear communication between office and site teams to facilitate smooth workflow.

-Ensure all model updates are documented and version controlled.

-Assist in resolving technical queries related to the MEP models.

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role.

-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP.

-Experience with cloud-based Revit collaboration tools.

-Good understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks.

-As-built model experience is a plus.
