BIM TECHNICIAN

London | Contract
£30 - £35 per Hour

Our client, an innovative architecture firm, is looking for a skilled BIM Technician to join their dynamic team on a contract basis, outside IR35. This is an amazing opportunity to work on a variety of Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality projects, operating on a hybrid basis from their main office in London. Responsibilities: -Create and develop in-depth Revit models, across a range of projects from stages 2-4, whilst overseeing the development of Revit library, and maintaining Revit families. -Produce concise BIM templates, plans, and standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout, with the use of relevant software tools. -Take on a BIM Coordinator role, focusing on model integrity maintenance, BIM model management with external consultants, and BIM standards implementation. -Conduct clash detection assessments, whilst reviewing performance and coordination across a range of project teams, ensuring efficient project delivery. -Implement other relevant industry tools and resources to promote BIM workflow development and the transition from ArchiCAD to Revit. -Support the development of documentation workflows and knowledge-sharing strategies through the implementation of new technology advancements. Requirements: -3+ years of experience as a BIM Technician, or a similar role, working on a range of Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality projects. -Significant understanding of BIM standards and processes, ideally with previous experience with ArchiCAD, and scripting resources, such as Grasshopper and Dynamo. -Strong abilities with BIM coordination, Revit family production, federated model management, model template personalisation. -Profound technical background, with an understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools and key plugins, and other relevant software tools. -Effective communication and mentoring skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, whilst assuming a proactive and problem-solving mindset. LEAD REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

London | Contract
£40 - £45 per Hour

Help shape the future of the Built Environment with a forward-thinking, supportive organisation by your side! We are looking for an experienced Lead Revit MEP Coordinator to bring their skills and expertise to our client’s specialist contractor firm, on a 12-month contract basis, outside IR35. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, whereby the chosen candidate will work 3-4 days a week on-site, from one of our client’s London offices, and 1-2 days from home. Direct professional teams through a variety of complex projects, representing the company, leading them beyond operational brilliance. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £40-£45 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangements (3-4 days on-site, 1-2 days from home). Responsibilities: -Oversee all coordination systems across a variety of project sectors, monitoring the MEP design, ductwork production, implementation, and final handover. -Collaborate with specialist project teams (design, manufacturing, and site) to ensure scheduling, compliance, cost-efficiency, and quality alignment, across all projects. -Establish detailed coordination plans, maintain interface records, deliverables, risks, and clashes, whilst promoting progress meetings and design development activities. -Ensure full compliance with health and safety, environmental, sustainability, and quality standards and regulations. -Promote ongoing progression for junior colleagues, guiding and mentoring them towards industry best practices. -Support senior management buy raising potential coordination concerns, risks and project progression, ensuring continuous project efficiency. CIVIL SITE MANAGER

Within this role, you will be required to work on-site from our client’s site in Oxford, in which you will be responsible for a leading variety of infrastructure projects, ensuring that projects are completed in a safe and timely manner, keeping to budgets, and maintaining a high level of quality. -Competitive day rate ranging from £500-£600 (depending on experience). -On-site working arrangements. Responsibilities: - Direct and coordinate all site operations, including labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish. -Ensure that all projects comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. -Keep up-to-date and accurate records, safety documentation, and reports of all site activities. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to find solutions for any project issues, and to ensure the project is progressing well. - Ensure all as-built drawings and documentation are completed for a smooth project handover. DESIGN MANAGER

Within this role, you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s office in Derby, but our client will consider candidates located in Kent and East Sussex. CAD TECHNICIAN

Within this position, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working across the country.
