The role of a structural Site Engineer can be varied, and duties will include: -Collaborating between the office-based structural team, the site-based teams, the Contractor teams and the wider Stakeholder teams -Working independently and as part of a team to produce reports and presentations to an excellent standard. -Share and disseminate work amongst the Site team and the office-based design team. -Leading the Structural Site team by planning ahead, making decisions and corrective action whilst delivering excellent work. -Recording and communicating observations and variations of structural site works as they progress Your Experience for this role: -Extensive experience as a Site-Based Engineer, Resident Engineer or Clerk of Works -Building Structures design experience. -Broad and varied structural design experience on major projects, working around British and Eurpoean codes of practice -Be a Chartered Memberof the ICE or IStructE with the Engineering Council UK or other relevant body -A Bachelor's degree (BEng / BSc) or a Master's degree (MEng / MSc) in a relevant dicipline -Ability to provide mentoring to more junior team members as a line manager, and show a willingness to be part For further information on this opportunity, please contact Scott Formaggia on 02392 603030 or email scott.formaggia@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
