Are you a Civil Site Manager and ready for the next step in your career? Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Civil Site Manager to join a leading infrastructure company, in a contract position. Within this role, you will be required to work on-site from our client’s site in Cardiff, in which you will be responsible for a leading variety of infrastructure projects, ensuring that projects are completed in a safe and timely manner, keeping to budgets, and maintaining a high level of quality. -Competitive day rate ranging from £500-£600 (depending on experience). -On-site working arrangements. Responsibilities: - Direct and coordinate all site operations, including labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish. -Ensure that all projects comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. -Keep up-to-date and accurate records, safety documentation, and reports of all site activities. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to find solutions for any project issues, and to ensure the project is progressing well. - Ensure all as-built drawings and documentation are completed for a smooth project handover. What We Are Looking For: -Qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. -Must have SMSTS, TWS, 3-day first aid, HSG47, SR163, and NSI8 full qualifications. -Prior experience managing and overseeing civil engineering and/or infrastructure projects. -Strong proficiency in reading drawings, specifications, and project plans. -Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and policies, as well as site management practices. -Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively, with a problem-solving mindset.For further information on this opportunity, please contact Max Williams on 02392 603030 or email max.williams@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.

Are you an experienced Site Operative and ready for the next step in your career? Join our client’s forward-thinking utilities contractor firm, on a 7-month contract basis, as they are offering you the opportunity to make a difference within the Energy sector. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site, from their main site in Cardiff. Build your impressive portfolio of works with the knowledge and skills gained from this opportunity to work on a complex substation project. -Competitive hourly rate of £23-£26 (depending on experience). -On-site working arrangement. Requirements: -Support in the preparation and maintenance of site environments, focusing on material handling, waste removal, and general upkeep of tools, materials, and equipment. -Conduct general labouring activities, with a focus on reinstatement, ground works, excavation support, and more. -Maintain and ensure effective risk assessments, safe systems of work (SSoW), and method statements, allowing for all works to follow health and safety standards. -Work collaboratively with site professionals to ensure all works are executed accurately and effectively, complying with time and quality standards. -Report and document any damage, defects, and issues with all equipment, materials, or plant, to ensure concerns are escalated properly. -Follow company and site policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining readiness for site works. Requirements: -Prior experience as a Site Operative, or a related discipline, ideally working on a substation environment. -Strong understanding of health and safety procedures, with a willingness to work under all weather and site conditions. -Must possess the NG Persons accreditation and traffic marshal training. -Ability to take initiate, but to also follow instructions, when necessary, with the willingness to work collaboratively with other professionals. -A full UK driving licence is ideal with the ability to travel to site locations when needed. -Effective communication and time management skills, with a forward-thinking mindset.For further information on this opportunity, please contact Max Williams on 02392 603030 or email max.williams@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
