Key Responsibilities: -Conducting mechanical or electrical surveys, inspections, and assessments of building services systems. -Liaising with clients and contractors to ensure the requirements of the project are met. -Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and schedules of work. -Assist with energy efficiency and sustainability assessments where applicable.
