Attention all Project Managers! We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client on a long-term contract basis, looking to deliver on new Projects, including non-infrastructure upgrade work. Covering projects across the central belt, working on a hybrid basis, with a hybrid office / site / home hybrid split. Offices in both Glasgow & Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an experienced team and oversee and manage a variety of projects within the water sector. -Competitive day rate ranging from £400-£500 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Oversea / manage the Design, Commercial & Delivery aspects of Design & Build Projects -Manage Subcontractors in meeting established quality standards & deadlines -Facilitate cross-functional coordination of tasks & resources to ensure alignment. -Continuously monitor project milestones and adapt plans to stay on course. -Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members. -Keep comprehensive project documentation and deliver timely status reports. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading, specialist M&E contractor, in a long-term contract position. You will be required to attend site on a hybrid basis in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious education project with an experienced and motivated team. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £30-£40 (depending on experience). -Hybrid or remote working arrangements. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software. -Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs. -Support project delivery from early design through to construction. -Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues. -Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control. SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER

Calling all Senior Design Managers with a passion for power networks! We’re partnering with a highly respected engineering solutions provider to find a Senior Design Manager with proven experience in electrical transmission and distribution (T&D). This is a key leadership role, supporting the design and delivery of high-voltage (HV) infrastructure across the UK, including projects for National Grid, SSEN and other major clients. You’ll be joining a technically capable and motivated team with a strong track record in delivering multi-disciplinary electrical infrastructure projects from concept through to commissioning. Key Responsibilities: -Lead multi-disciplinary design teams on high-voltage transmission and distribution projects across the UK (typically 33kV–400kV). -Oversee the full design lifecycle (FEED to closeout), ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and timely delivery to APM/PMP/PRINCE2 standards. -Take on the role of Design Manager or Project Manager for both design-only and EPC/Design & Build contracts, especially those in regulated electricity markets. -Ensure all deliverables comply with CDM 2015, NEC contracts, and utility-specific standards, including National Grid TP137, TP141, and ENA specifications. -Provide technical governance and assurance, including Principal Designer responsibilities and LCDAE coordination where required. -Engage with clients and stakeholders to support business development, write technical proposals, and shape project pipelines in the UK T&D market. -Mentor engineering teams, contribute to talent development, and drive innovation within the T&D engineering space. What We’re Looking For: -Degree-qualified engineer (Electrical or Power Engineering preferred) with 7+ years' experience in transmission and distribution design, particularly HV substations, overhead lines (OHL), and underground cable systems. -Proven leadership in National Grid and DNO/TO projects, with strong understanding of TP137, impressed voltage, earthing, and temporary works requirements. -Sound working knowledge of UK grid codes, design standards (NGESO, ENA, IEC), and safety regulations including NEBOSH/IOSH certifications. -Track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and project risks in a highly regulated environment. -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
