Attention all CAD Technicians! We are looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy, in a contract position outside IR35. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3-4 days) from our client’s office in Slough. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading consultancy on clean water and renewable projects. Key Responsibilities: -Create and modify CAD drawings in line with established standards. -Support document workflows, including drawing issue and management via ProjectWise. -Handle admin tasks such as electronic filing and version control. -Develop skills in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related tools through training and mentorship. -Convert topographical, survey, and point cloud data into CAD/BIM outputs. -Work closely with engineering teams across civil, structural, water, and rail disciplines. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

You will be working on a range of water and wastewater projects in the Thames region. -Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£75,000 (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: -Design water infrastructure assets such as pumping stations, tanks, culverts, and pipe supports. -Perform structural analysis using Eurocodes and UK standards; produce calculations, drawings, and specifications for both permanent and temporary works. -Support planning, optioneering, and asset assessments; work with Senior Engineers to align designs with hydraulic, geotechnical, and environmental requirements. -Collaborate with civil, M&E, and environmental teams; contribute to client meetings and design reviews. -Coordinate with contractors to ensure structural solutions are practical, buildable, and efficient. SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Initially you will be required to commute 5 days/week to Slough, however flexibility to hybrid is available after 1 month. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of Water and Rail projects. -Competitive salary: £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: -Lead budgeting, cost planning, and CVR management across multiple live projects. -Manage subcontractor/client applications, valuations, variations, and final accounts. -Represent RWP in meetings, providing commercial input to decisions. -Oversee tenders, negotiate terms, and administer NEC3/4 contracts. -Collaborate with engineers, CAD teams, and PMs to align delivery with commercial goals. -Produce monthly reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis for stakeholders.
