Attention all CAD Technicians! We are looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy, in a contract position outside IR35. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3-4 days) from our client’s office in Slough. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading consultancy on clean water and renewable projects. Key Responsibilities: -Create and modify CAD drawings in line with established standards. -Support document workflows, including drawing issue and management via ProjectWise. -Handle admin tasks such as electronic filing and version control. -Develop skills in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related tools through training and mentorship. -Convert topographical, survey, and point cloud data into CAD/BIM outputs. -Work closely with engineering teams across civil, structural, water, and rail disciplines.
