Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a specialist water firm, in a permanent position. You will be required to work in a hybrid arrangement, with a 50% split over 2 weeks working in our client’s office in West London. This role will give you the opportunity to work on exciting water and construction projects, with a motivating and experienced team. Key Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee a team of project managers. -Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; allocate resources efficiently. -Lead cross-functional teams across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. -Act as main liaison for clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. -Track project performance and ensure compliance with safety, industry, and environmental standards. -Proactively manage risks and implement corrective actions. What we are looking for: -Significant experience managing complex water or construction engineering projects. -Extensive project management experience. -Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. -Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM) preferred. -Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Knowledge of UK water industry standards and regulations.
