Responsibilities: -Lead the development of accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions for high-profile Water Infrastructure projects. -Assess design documentation to define project scope, identify risks, and establish key assumptions -Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to validate estimates and align costs with project objectives -Create and maintain standardised estimating tools, templates, and benchmarks to ensure accuracy and consistency -Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals, negotiate terms, and support procurement planning -Track estimate performance, conduct post-contract reviews, and drive continuous improvement in estimating processes Requirements: -Extensive experience as a Senior Estimator, or a similar role, with a proficiency within MEICA estimation within high-profile Water Infrastructure projects. -Strong understanding of CDM regulations and policies, health and safety legislations, and industry best practices. -Solid analytical abilities, with strong commercial awareness and understanding. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and stakeholders. -Strong ability within the use of estimation digital and software tools. -Must be able to manage concurrent projects, managing ongoing priorities, whilst meeting limited deadlines. -Willing to travel to project sites when needed. Within this position, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working across the country.
