SITE SUPERVISOR

Luton | Contract
£400 per Day

Here at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading critical infrastructure company in a long-term contract role outside IR35. AECOSIM MODELLER

Attention all AECOsim Modellers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced AECOsim Modeller to join a well-established engineering consultancy, in a contract role Inside IR35. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) from our client’s London office. This is a great opportunity to work hands on with 3D modelling of structures on HS2. -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Create, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D models using Bentley AECOsim (OpenBuildings Designer) to support engineering and architectural design. -Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and project requirements are fully met. -Produce accurate drawings and documentation from models in line with industry standards, maintaining model structure and integrity throughout all phases. -Implement BIM best practices, contribute to model audits and quality assurance, and support clash detection and model federation processes. -Assist with integrating AECOsim models into wider Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as ProjectWise. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

London | Permanent
£45,000 - £65,000 per Annum

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a major sustainability and surveying consultancy, in a permanent position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days) in our client’s London office. This is a great opportunity to work on commercial office buildings, retail, industrial and residential projects. -Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement, generous annual leave, bonus scheme, and company pension scheme. Key Responsibilities: - Designing electrical systems to meet project needs and standards. -Create technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for systems. -Work alongside other engineers to integrate systems with building designs. -Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines. -Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards. -Help prepare project cost estimates, schedules, and resources. -Partaking in site inspections and client and contractor meetings when needed. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

£35 - £41 per Hour

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a specialist M&E building services engineering consultancy, in a contract position outside IR35. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, attending our client’s office in Bristol 1day a week. This is a great opportunity to work on stage 5 coordination of a large-scale residential project. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £35-£41 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement (1 day a week). Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software. -Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs. -Support project delivery from early design through to construction. -Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues. -Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.
