Blueprint Recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced Architect to join a Design Engineering Company on a contract basis.  

This opportunity is offering the flexibility to attend the Reading office 3 times per week to work on a large Manufacturing facility.

As the selected candidate, you will be a crucial member of the team, designing and developing Architectural projects from conception to completion, whilst providing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing and maintaining positive client relations

· Producing Architectural drawings, plans and Elevations

· Collaborate with Clients and Stakeholders to understand project requirements

· Creating detailed designs to the relevant standards and procedures

· Develop construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation

· Participate in project meetings

Key Requirements:

· Strong design and technical skills

· Revit experience is essential

· Previous experience working on large industrial projects is beneficial

· Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines

· Prior experience preparing and presenting design proposals and documentation

· Working knowledge of UK practice standards

· Excellent communication skills
