Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join an award-winning Architectural Practice, on a contract basis, outside IR35.  

Our client is offering the flexibility to attend the Manchester office on a hybrid basis to work on exciting Healthcare projects.

The successful candidate will be a crucial member of the team, designing and developing Architectural projects from conception to completion, whilst providing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing and maintaining positive client relations

· Producing Architectural drawings, plans and elevations

· Collaborate with Clients and Stakeholders to understand project requirements

· Creating detailed designs to the relevant standards and procedures

· Develop construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation

Key Requirements:

· Strong Revit Knowledge

· A degree in Architecture or similar field

· Previous experience working on Healthcare or Education projects

· Working knowledge of UK Building and legal standards/procedures

· Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
