This job opportunity for an Asset Manager is one you don’t want to miss!

The successful candidate will be joining a Water and Energy multi-disciplinary consultancy, on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, which offers the successful candidate the opportunity to operate flexibly in the Bradford, Leeds or Exeter offices. Our client is expanding its dynamic team due to the increasing demands in a range of sectors including, Engineering, Commercial, Water, Energy and Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build justified and efficient business plans  

· Develop and implement asset management plans and strategies

· Improving and making best use of asset data

· Ensure appropriate governances and assurances structures are in place

· Delivering projects to excellent time and quality

· Lead on elements of projects and support junior members of the team

· Analyse data to produce trends and drive decision making

· Organise meetings and workshops with clients

· Author reports and presentations to enable informed decision making for the client and internal teams

· Contribute to business development activity by contributing to bids and proposals

Key Requirements:

· Extensive experience of infrastructure asset management in the Water, Gas, or Electricity industries

· Working knowledge of the UK regulated utilities industry

· Technical understanding of how relevant assets operate

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field

· Chartered status or working towards

· Ability to produce high quality reports and presentations

· Ability to apply asset management principles to a variety of industries

· Able to build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
