Based in London, this a brilliant opportunity to work on Residential and Urban regeneration projects across the UK.

The selected candidate will have the chance to be part of a successful team whilst developing technical designs and managing various schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

- The writing of fee proposals

- Attend project and client meetings when necessary

- The preparation of Flood risk assessments

- Manage, prepare and control costs and budgets of Engineering projects

- Produce detailed SuDS and drainage designs

· Assist in the preparation of contract documents and specifications

· Conduct inspections and surveys

· Production of S106 applications

Key Requirements:

· 5 years’ experience working as a Civil Engineer

· A degree in Civil Engineering

· Extensive experience in the design of Civil projects, including, Highways and Drainage

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience delivering Education, Residential and Commercial projects

- Experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D and Microdrainage  

- Ability to act on your own initiative
