Blueprint Recruitment is working with a global Design Practice, who are looking for a motivated Civil Technician to join them on a contract, ad hoc basis.

This position offers the flexibility to work on a remote basis!

If selected, you will play a key role in supporting Civil Engineering projects through the preparation of detailed drawings, plans and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed Civil Engineering drawings

· Translate design concepts into accurate and comprehensive technical drawings

· Assist in the production of plans, profiles and cross-sections for Civil Engineering projects

· Collaborate with Engineers to incorporate design changes and modifications

· Maintain organised records of project drawings and documentation

· Participate in project meetings and provide technical support

· Conduct drawing reviews to ensure compliance with design standards

· Maintain and develop positive client relations

Key Requirements:

· A degree in Civil Engineering

· Prior experience working as a Civil Technician

· A Civil Engineering backgrounds

· Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD  

· Understanding of Civil Engineering principles and construction methods

· Ability to work independently

· Effective communication and collaboration skills

· Familiarity with industry standards and codes
