Blueprint Recruitment is looking to speak with Electrical Design Engineers to join a major Engineering Consultancy on a long-term contract basis in London.

This role is offering the flexibility to work on a remote basis whilst working on exciting Pharmaceutical projects.  

As the selected candidate, you will have the opportunity to join an experienced Engineering team and play a crucial role in the design, implementation and maintenance of various Electrical Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and comprehend project briefs to identify client requirements

· Develop specifications for various Electrical building services systems

· Collaborate with the BIM team to create models and drawings

·  Represent the company at meetings with clients and contractors

· Conduct thorough site surveys and inspections

· Monitor ongoing site works to ensure compliance with design specifications

· Prepare detailed reports and technical notes, documenting project progress

· Review project progress, identifying and reporting any anomalies

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience working on Pharmaceutical, Life Science and Lab projects

· A degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field

· Possess a proactive work ethic

· Proficient in a range of digital tools, including Amtech and AutoCAD

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Awareness of the principle of buildings physics

· Excellent report writing skills

· Ability to manage personal workload and make decisions to meet project goals
